The 3rd grade Food Drive item is boxed stuffing. All donations help to fill baskets for our own JME families this holiday season.
Our last Scholastic Book Order of the year ends December 9th. Students took home several brochures today. (Thanks Mrs. Hart!)

Homework tonight is “Sailboat Spelling!” How exciting. Several students have unfinished morning challenge work to complete as well.
Hello! I’m back.
Homework tonight is a short spelling activity. The kids were given a list of 10 tough words with 2 nights’ activities. It will be a challenge for them, but I’m sure they can do it.
Our November book project is “non-fiction” and will be completed here at school. Each student will be reading a book about “food chains.”
The math workbooks for St.Jude’s Math-a-thon should be in soon. I hope you will sign the permission slip for your child to collect pledges. It’s a tradition here at JME! We usually raise around $1700.00 I’m donating $1.00 per student.
Chuckey Cheese Night is tonight. Julius Marks receives 15% of all sales from this event.
I’m missing several signed report card envelopes. Please return them for the next grading period. Save a tree!
Although we typically do not have weekend homework, several students who haven’t completed work have been asked to do so this weekend (this after a week or more of late assignments).
