About Ms. Wisniewski
Hi All!
I graduated from the University of Dayton in May of 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in middle childhood education with concentrations in math and science. I have currently started my 3rd year at Scott County Middle School in Georgetown, Kentucky. My first year I taught 8th grade math and science, and I am now teaching 7th grade science. I spent two years coaching freshman and JV volleyball at the high school level, and have recently decided to focus on working on my master’s degree at Georgetown College.
When I am not teaching and I find myself with free time, I enjoy doing a variety of things. I am a baseball fan, I grew up going to the Atlanta Braves games and I am still a huge fan. I enjoy reading, my favorite authors include Nicholas Sparks and Jodi Picoult. While I love living in a small town, I am very much a city girl and love going to Louisville and Cincinnati to visit friends. If I have the opportunity to travel, I love going to the beach. My family and I have been vacationing in the Outer Banks ever since I was little. I have previously been to London, Ireland, France, and Germany and would love the chance to go back, or go to Australia. I have been a vegetarian since I was a sophomore in high school, not because of animal rights, but just because I do not like the taste of meat. I have lived in five states, and am glad that after college I decided to move back to Georgetown. I got engaged in May of 2008 and look forward to planning my wedding for June 26, 2010.
