Hello 5th grade students, parents, and guardians. What a wonderful start we have had to the school year. Our class seems pretty special and is bound to keep impressing me every day. We have a class of 26 excellent and hard working students. Each one has skills and talents galore! So far I think this is the best class in the whole school. They have received compliments by many teachers and staff for their fantastic behavior. I’ve heard great things about thier academic success and look forward to getting to see that myself.

Fifth grade is a challenging year. They travel to Ms. Dern’s room for math and Ms. Horton’s room for social studies and stay with me for language arts and science. Each teacher has an academically rich curriculum and high expectations. We tolerate only the best behavior and hard working students. Preparing the students for life, state testing, and 6th grade are our goals as a fifth grade team.

This will be an excellent school year. My goal as a teacher is to guide each student to find joy in learning. I want them to take responsibility for thier own work, learning, and behavior. Teaching these students to be life-long learners is my ultimate goal. Helping them find positive attitudes about themselves, their work, and all academic subjects is important. Enjoying thier education is important to me.

Parents and guardians are the ultimate teacher in a child’s life. I am here to help the children learn academic subject to set them up for a life of education and learning. Please let me know if you have questions and concerns. The best way to get a hold of me is through email. My phone and computer however, are still a little wacky. We are working on some bugs. Thanks for entrusting me with the care of your child, I take this job very seriously. We hope to have a great year, a memorable year. Thanks!

Hello world!
